Peer Review Process

Manuscript Acceptance Process

  1. Upon submission of the manuscript by the author and its upload to the journal’s online system, the manuscript will first be reviewed by the editorial staff to ensure compliance with the journal’s Author Guidelines. The initial evaluation (notification to the author or initiation of the peer-review process) will be completed within a period of less than 10 days. It is essential that the manuscript be prepared strictly in accordance with the journal’s manuscript preparation instructions.

  2. If the manuscript is approved at the initial stage, the Editor-in-Chief and the Associate Editor will evaluate it in terms of scientific merit, content quality, and relevance to the journal’s scope.

  3. Upon acceptance at the second stage, the manuscript will be sent to two reviewers. The peer-review process is conducted as follows:

    a) If both reviewers reject the manuscript, it will be rejected.

    b) If both reviewers recommend major revision, the manuscript will be returned to the author for revision.

    c) If one reviewer recommends revision and the other recommends rejection, the manuscript will be sent to a third reviewer. The final decision will then be made based on the third reviewer’s opinion, in accordance with clauses (a) and (b).

  4. For manuscripts accepted subject to minor or major revisions, the author must promptly address the reviewers’ comments and highlight all revisions within the text. Authors are also required to prepare a detailed response letter addressing all reviewers’ comments point by point.

  5. The revised manuscript will be resubmitted to the reviewers for further evaluation.

  6. Reviewers will receive weekly reminder emails. If a reviewer fails to complete the review within the specified timeframe, the manuscript will be withdrawn from that reviewer and assigned to a new reviewer.

  7. If the reviewers recommend acceptance, the manuscript will be referred to the Editor-in-Chief for a final decision. The Editor-in-Chief holds full authority to accept, reject, or request further revisions.

  8. Upon final approval by the Editor-in-Chief, the manuscript will be forwarded to the copy editor.

  9. Authors are required to address any structural and editorial issues within the specified timeframe.

  10. After all formal and editorial revisions have been completed, the manuscript will be published electronically and assigned a unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

  11. Upon completion of the above stages, authors may obtain an official acceptance certificate through the journal’s online system.
