Objectives:

To conduct legal and jurisprudential analyses of issues related to the media.

To provide a platform for further study and research, and for the publication of scholarly, specialized, and research-based articles in order to meet the needs of the academic community and address existing challenges.

To raise and elucidate legal and jurisprudential issues concerning new media, with particular emphasis on cyberspace.

Vision:

The Scientific Quarterly of Media Jurisprudence and Law is the first scholarly and interdisciplinary journal in the field of media jurisprudence and media law in the country. It was established through the efforts of the Department of Law at the Faculty of Refah. The journal seeks to address and elucidate various issues related to media jurisprudence and media law, and strives to provide an appropriate research platform for scholars in this field, enabling them to present the latest scientific findings and well-structured, precise solutions to existing challenges to the academic community
