Submitted Persian articles are checked for similarity using software such as Samim Noor. If plagiarism is detected in the Persian text or English abstract, the journal office will immediately reject the submission. If an article has already been published, it will be removed and listed as retracted due to plagiarism.

Description:
The Journal of Jurisprudence and Legal Studies of Media is a biannual, open-access journal with double-blind peer review, published in Persian with English abstracts. It is dedicated to jurisprudence, law, and media studies. As a scientific, interdisciplinary journal of the Refah Non-Governmental, Non-Profit Faculty, it publishes research, review, and applied scientific articles in accordance with research ethics and university regulations.
Authors:
Article submission requires prior permission from all authors and relevant institutions. Author names appear in the submitted manuscript in the order they will be published. Upon acceptance, all authors must sign a statement agreeing to any addition or removal of names. Authors may withdraw, correct, or revise manuscripts during peer review. All funding sources and potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed. Any post-publication corrections must be approved by all authors.
