In this article, the effects of artificial intelligence on children's right to education have been investigated and solutions have been tried to protect children's rights in the dynamic world of technology and artificial intelligence. Also, the impact and interaction of artificial intelligence with the right to education and respect for privacy, freedom of expression and prohibition of discrimination are important issues and rights for children that require the attention of guardians. Improper use of artificial intelligence in the right to educate children leads to violation of privacy and damage to children's data and causes security concerns. Also, the violation of human interaction causes a decrease in human communication and children's feelings. Increasing inequality, discrimination, limiting children's freedom of expression are among the rights that are seriously demanded in relation to the right to education of children.
