Regarding the songs and music that are produced and broadcast in the country's media, one thing is clear and that is the sanctity of those types of music that are an example of ghena , but one thing is still complex and needs to be investigated. That is the nature of  ghena. What is the basic and key concept and the sanctity and sanctity of  ghena depends on it, is a matter of dispute among jurists. The best way to find the basic concept in Ghana is to refer to the verses and traditions included in this chapter. Three verses of 72 Surah Furqan, 30 Surah Hajj and 6 Surah Luqman are cited more than other verses. This article, with descriptive-analytical method, by referring to these verses and explanatory and narrative books, seeks to explain this matter, which should be re-examined with a two-way interpretative method between verse and narration. The result of this study is the involvement of issues other than just sound and singing, such as false words and content, and the mixing of illegitimate men and women in the sanctity of Ghena.
