"Efk" literally means a false news that the speaker seeks to change the truth in a wide social scope so that he can destroy the truth and establish the false. The statement of Afek incident in Surah Noor is a kind of warning to believers in all ages and is not exclusive to prophetic history.
One of the enemy's cognitive warfare tools is to create lies and publish them as much as possible. Efk is basically a media debate affecting the Islamic society. This research has processed the library and software data in an analytical and descriptive form with the narrative and critical method (verses and narrations).
Analyzing the background of the research shows that so far no research has been done about the concept of Efk and its deep connection with the media as a tool of the enemy's soft war with a narrative and Quranic perspective, and most researches have analyzed the Efk event in a historical and documentary manner. are
The current research, with the perspective of governmental jurisprudence, has tried to show the sensitivity of the position of the agents of the Islamic system, who are suspected by ill-wishers, to Efk incident and its precise conceptualization.
