Cultural criminology investigates the cultural causes of abnormality and delinquency. Culture is a complex concept whose definition has been the focus of various researchers and thinkers. The most important role and function of culture is shaping collective and individual behaviors at the level of every society. Meanwhile, the media and the cultures created by them have many effects in the formation of these behaviors. Cell phones, music, television and the like are media tools that are constantly creating or changing culture. Criminal action at the beginning and without considering other solutions shows a weak criminal policy in fighting against cultural deviations, and in this regard, the cultural dangers of the media must be recognized first, and criminal action is the last recommended way.
