Islam is the complete and comprehensive religion and it has vivid rights and a perfect will for humans and these all are explained in the Quran, and also those matters are in the verses of the Quran. The purpose of this research is, finding out the right elements, the duties and rights of Medias with the perspective of internal- religious to the verses of Quran and manifestation of main elements of human rights. The method of investigation, descriptive method, is analytic. In this essay, based on the selective verses of Quran, is being tried to have a simple explanation of rights and duties and socio-communication tools from the perspective of Quran explanations.
