Abstract
The expansion of Iran's communication with European and Western societies during the Qajar era indicates the transformation, change, and formation of citizenship rights concepts during this period. Based on this, by examining the texts and publications of this era, especially by studying the media materials of this era, we can observe how the discourse of citizenship rights was formed in the realm of thought of intellectuals and some scientific aspects of this period. It seems that one of the most influential factors in the formation of the concept of citizenship rights and its consequences during the Qajar era was the media, especially the press. Since the press is one of the earliest means of mass communication, serving as a tool for recognizing, introducing, explaining, and disseminating the subjects and concepts of human societies in the past and present, we have chosen this medium to analyze and study the thoughts of Qajar era intellectuals and reformers regarding the selected components of citizenship rights. In this study, the content of Akhtar newspaper was analyzed using quantitative content analysis. In this method, 12 issues of Akhtar newspaper from 1294 AH (the third year of its publication) were systematically selected, and all the data were processed using SPSS software and examined using the chi-square test to determine the relationship between variables. The results of this study show that the majority of published materials in Akhtar newspaper were in the form of news, and analytical articles had a significant share as well, mostly with a political focus. However, the majority of the newspaper's content was aimed at informing about the components of citizenship rights and modern culture, with less emphasis on orientation. If there was any orientation, it tended to be negative and dismissive of certain components.

Abstract
Artificial intelligence (Al) is one of the branches of computer science that focuses on developing intelligent machines and technologies. The introduction of Al in various fields has doubled the need for examining this subject due to its novelty, insufficient understanding, and lack of clear legislation. Media, as one of the main pillars of today's generation's life and pervasive communication, has played a vibrant and important role in the development of education and culture within societies and families. The integration of Al with new tools and technologies, including media, provides capabilities beyond the past, enabling the impact and analysis of societal information, which challenges concepts such as freedom of expression, privacy, audience rights, and consumer rights. These challenges can cause serious harm to families, which are considered the most important pillar of society. The intellectual property rights system serves technology and development to benefit society by encouraging individuals to expand their creativity and innovation through protection. However, all these topics should be based on public order, good ethics, and the welfare of society. Therefore, in this research, we examine how to deal with the support or lack of support for Al technologies, which can be risky for families and society. Additionally, we explore the appropriate approach towards media that are not under the Iranian intellectual property rights system.

Abstract
Privacy between couples is one of the rights that some deny it and others protect and advocate. However in human rights instruments, man and woman even in their relations together enjoy the right of privacy that is necessary for their human dignity, but the domain and quality of this right inside the family is different from other social institutions. Governments sometimes breach the privacy of citizens in accordance of their political goals. Some policies such as increasing or decreacing population may be put the privacy right at the risk of breach and in most countries legal systems, lawmaking for protection of privacy in family life is neglected. Some States only criminalize breach of the right and do no more effective actions. Nowadays development of technologies and communicational tools, delimits domain of application of the right and active interference of States to lawmaking and executive actions to ensure human rights in family is more important.
