Thematic Analysis of the Rights of Couples in Using Cyberspace. مطالعات فقه و حقوق رسانه 2019; 1 (1) :21-49

This study conduct thematic analysis to the rights of couples in using cyberspace. According to the purpose, this research is applicational study which is conducted qualitatively, and use thematic analysis methods; For this purpose, an interview was conducted with 17 experts in the field of jurisprudence, law, family and media communication experts using a theoretical sampling method with a semi-structured interview. Data analysis is done by MaxQDA 2018 software, and the results of thematic analysis led to the identification of these cases: the rights of the wife over the husband in the use of cyberspace including 3 categories such as: alimony, family security and family expansion; Regarding the rights of the husband over the wife in the use of cyberspace, the obtained categories included 5 categories, which include the non-financial rights of men, general obedience, special obedience, maintenance of husband's property, self-maintenance, man's management of the family; The extracted codes regarding the mutual rights of couples in the use of virtual space included 10 categories, which are: the necessity of the family for the society, the advantages and disadvantages of the virtual world, guiding the family towards perfection, good company, the right to loyalty, betrayal and crime, bad company, Keeping a secret, maintaining family dignity, maintaining privacy in life.
