Manifestations of Human Dignity in the Rights of the Wife and the Role of the Media in Realizing it

Abstract
Human dignity, as one of the basic and fundamental concepts in the rights of the wife, has a special place in religious, jurisprudential, and legal teachings. This concept refers to respect for individual identity, dignity, rights, and values in relationships between couples, and its observance plays an important role in preventing marital conflicts, preserving individual dignity, and strengthening the foundation of the family. Meanwhile, the media, as one of the important pillars of today's societies and powerful tools for influencing public opinion, can play a key role in raising awareness, explaining, and promoting the status of human dignity within the framework of women's rights. This research aims to answer the question: "What is the role of the media in explaining human dignity and the rights of wives?" The research type is qualitative with a descriptive-analytical approach and fundamental-applied in terms of purpose. The data were collected using the analysis of jurisprudential, legal, and media sources. The results of the study show that human dignity is rooted in revelation and is recognized in the Quran, Islamic jurisprudence, and the country's legal system. Also, the introduction of this concept into the media has increased sensitivity to the rights of the wife, and by explaining it correctly, the media can play an effective and decisive role in promoting public culture, strengthening policymaking, and supporting marital rights.
